Position for prestige, not just presence.
We help beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands define the space they own, a distinct archetype, a coherent visual world, and a story that holds across every surface.

Great brands aren't shouted into being. They're built with care, detail by detail, until they simply feel right.
Find the white space
We map the category, the competitors, and the cultural moment to locate the position only you can credibly hold.
Build the world
A defined archetype, a coherent visual system, and a voice that reads the same on a shelf, a feed, and a flagship.
Earn the premium
A brand people choose on sight, and pay more to belong to. Desire, made durable.
What we do for brands
Positioning strategy
Category mapping, audience definition, and the core idea that separates you from everything adjacent.
Creative direction
Art direction for campaigns and content, mood, casting, styling, and the references that set the tone.
Visual identity
Logo, type, colour, and a system that holds from packaging to storefront to the smallest social frame.
Content & art direction
A steady stream of on-world imagery and film, shot, edited, and sequenced to build desire over time.
Launch & campaigns
Go-to-market moments, from product drops to full campaigns, planned for reach and staged for prestige.
Advisory retainer
An ongoing creative partner in the room for the decisions that shape how the brand is perceived.
Selected work
a taste of the world we build

From founder-led to a brand that reads luxury.
We redefined the positioning, rebuilt the visual identity, and art-directed the launch campaign, repositioning the line from a crowded mass segment into the premium tier.
"They understood the brand better than we could articulate it, and then made it look inevitable."

Founder-led, delivered by a close team.
Mich for Business is founded and led by Irina Borodina, with a small, dedicated team working alongside a limited number of brands at a time, so the strategy and the craft stay close.

How a brand project runs.
What kind of brands do you take on?
Premium beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands, whether that is a founder-led label defining its position for the first time or an established name that has drifted and needs to sharpen what it stands for. We take a limited number of brands at a time so the work stays close.
What does a brand project actually include?
It depends on where you are. A full engagement runs from category and audience research, through positioning and archetype, into visual identity and art direction, and out to launch. Some brands need only one part of that, most often a repositioning or a visual system that holds together across surfaces.
How long does it take?
A focused positioning engagement typically runs a few weeks. A full identity and launch programme runs considerably longer, because the research and the testing that make it durable cannot be compressed without weakening the result. We agree the shape and timeline before anything starts.
Do you work with our existing team?
Usually, yes. We often work alongside in-house marketing, product, or design teams, setting the strategy and the visual direction that their day-to-day work then runs on. We can also stay on as an advisory retainer once the system is in place.
How is this different from a design studio?
A studio will make you something beautiful. The question we start with is what position you can credibly own and why anyone should pay a premium for it. The visual work follows that answer rather than substituting for it.
Which markets do you work across?
Mainly Europe, with a concentration in Lithuania, Poland, and Germany, and brands elsewhere where the fit is right. Working across several European markets shapes how we build identity systems: they have to hold up in more than one language and cultural context.
Let's build something people want to belong to.
Tell us about the brand and where you want it to sit. We'll come back with a point of view, a considered one.
